The Ground of Alexandria is vibrant and beyond beautiful! The concept was so original and awesome!! It offers such a tasteful and lively environment, the setup is like a fairytale and it's a great retreat for either families, couples or friends just outside of Sydney! In terms of food and drink! It is so very varied, extent and super instagrammable !

I-creamy Artisan Gelato
Skyview Plaza, George St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

Hidden in a shopping center, I creamy is definitely worth stopping by! First and foremost, I-Creamy easily served me the prettiest looking gelato I've ever had! They too have some awesome and unique flavours such as Pinky Milky and White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake. Their ice creams are so very creamy and delicious you'll want to return!

Picture
Hacienda Sydney
61 Macquarie St, Sydney, New South Wales 2000 Australia

If you fancy a cocktail along with breathtaking view - this place is perfect! Hacienda Sydney, a truly vibrant venue, stands out for its impeccable decor and stunning views over Sydney Harbour. The view is seriously amazing. The food was beyond tasty. Would recommend the sliders and the pumpkin flowers. The ambiance overall feels fresh, chic and upscale!

Henry Deane
35 Bettington St, Millers Point NSW 2000, Australia

If I had to describe Henry Dean in just two words, they would be modern sophistication. Starting with their splendid drink selection, shared plates and fabulous views. A must do any day of the week. Beats all those overpriced restaurants around & overlooking the quay. This is unquestionably a top spot to meet friends & enjoy the best of Sydney

Picture
The Bourke Street Bakery
633 Bourke St, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia

This place is probably the best baker near the CBD. Located right on Surry hills, it has great coffee and a fabulous variety of freshly baked goods. I myself blissed out on their Ginger Brûlée tart!
You must endeavour to come here and experience Bourke Street Bakery. You will not be disappointed!

Picture
Sydney Sky Tower
100 Market St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

The views from the buffet restaurant at the Sky Tower are incredible being the highest point in Sydney (as high as The Shard in London). It takes the tower 1 1/2 hours to do a complete circuit. The food was wonderful. Great selection of food, definitely something for everyone! I would recommend you reserve in advance on their website!

DO
Taronga Zoo
Bradleys Head Road, Mosman, Sydney, NSW, Australia

Whats the first thing everyone will ask you after visiting Australia ? Did you see any kangaroos/koalas ? Taronga, located on shoreline of Sydney Harbour is easily Austrlia's best zoo. The establishment is home to thousands of fascinating animals, including Australian natives such as the koala, kangaroo and platypus. Certainly one of the cities top attractions.

Opera Show at Sydney Opera House
Bennelong Point, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

Whether you’re a local or a tourist, a first-timer or an aficionado, the Sydney Opera House has something for everyone. I myself would recommend you go see the Great Opera Hits featuring classics such as Bizet, Puccini, Rossini, Verdi ! Expect to laugh, shed some tears, and even sing along to Figaro with the rest of the audience!

Manly Beach
Manly, New South Wales, Australia

Manly beach offers an iconic Australian experience - white sand, surf, boutiques and beachside restaurants! It can be reached by a ferry ride from Sydney followed by a short walk from the terminal. Also the trip over on the ferry gives great views of the opera house and bridge. So its a win win situation, huh!

Swim at Icebergs Bondi
1 Notts Ave, Bondi NSW 2026, Australia

Heading East of the city to Bondi Beach is an absolute must when in Sydney. The Icebergs Bondi Baths have been a landmark of Bondi Beach for over 100 years. You can enjoy some laps in the 50 metre Olympic pool or take your kids for a swim in the smaller kid's pool. All whilst enjoying stunning views over Bondi!

Picture
Chinese Garden of Friendship
Pier Street, Cnr Harbour St, Darling Harbour, Australia

Escape from the hustle and bustle to a serene, secluded garden—Darling Harbour’s Chinese Garden of Friendship. A Chinese styled garden with beautiful architecture, aesthetically designed garden and sculptures. And if you're lucky you'll see a few people decked out in traditional chinese costumes! And after contemplating it's beauty, be sure to stroll through Darling Harbour

Charming Boutiques at The Strand Arcade
412-414 George St, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, Australia

If in downtown Sydney, this should be on your list of places to stop and shop.  This beautiful Victorian arcade from 1890 still affords to take you back in time as you enjoy your coffee and watch the people. The collection of unusual shops and restaurants is fabulous! I love the old world charm with and beautiful shops. If you like fossicking around and charming architecture you will love this place. Its also great for finding souvenirs!
