MethodFor pancakes:
1. In a large bowl mix together butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and eggs. 2. Once the mixture is smooth and homogenous add almond flour, baking soda and salt and mix. 3. In Heat griddle or pan over medium heat, spread just enough of the batter to form a pancake. Cover up with a lid for about 2 minutes until it has solidified. Flip pancake; remove from pan when it looks gold and crisp. For Raspberry Sauce: 1. Add raspberries, lemon and sugar into a saucepan over medium heat and mix all together for about 2 minutes. 2. Once the ingredients have incorporated (and it looks like a sauce already), sieve to get rid of seeds. Add the desired amount of raspberry sauce onto the pancakes and enjoy!!
