Method1. In a food processor, incorporate the basil, about half of the olive oil, the avocados, garlic, salt and pepper. 2. Once mixed, scrape sides with a spoon and add the rest of the olive oil, the lemon juice and the almonds. 3. Finally, scrape the bowl and add pesto sauce on to anything you like; could be any type of pasta, sandwiches, crackers, etc. Bon Appetit !!
