1. Get three bowls. In one bowl; combine the flour, salt, pepper, parsley, onion and garlic powder. In the second bowl; whisk together the egg. In the third bowl; pour in the breadcrumbs. 2. Cut Brie into triangular pieces; first, cover the piece with flour, then dip it in the egg mixture and then toss around in the breadcrumbs. Repeat with all the cheese. 3. Place the cheese bites in the freezer for around 30 minutes to an hour. You need the cheese to be frozen to go in the hot oil. 4. To fry, pour the oil into the saucepan at 350 degrees and wait about a minute for it too heat. 5. Carefully place the cheese bites into the oil and cook for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain in a towel covered plate. For the Raspberry Sauce- 1 cup of Raspberries - 1/4 cup of sugar - 1 tablespoon of water - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1. Pour Raspberries, sugar, water and lemon juice into a saucepan over medium heat.
2. When the mixture has combined and the raspberries have broken down, remove from heat and strain to remove seeds. 3. Let mixture cool for a few minutes and enjoy!!
