Emerald green with a pop of colour!

I am a huge of fan of creating monochromatic looks! I find it to be one of the simplest, most effortless ways to put an outfit together and look every single bit stylish. Trust me, you cannot look boring nor go unnoticed within a bold monochromatic outfit. You just need to be wise when it comes to pairing it all.

If you've been following me for a while, you might know how much I love wearing colour! and try to incorporate every single one of there is into my style and wardrobe. My first tip would be to either stick to the same, or rather similar, shade for the entire outfit ...or do the complete opposite and create a look with many variants of the same colour. It is up to you!

For this particular outfit, whilst remaining with similar tones of emerald green, I opted to give it variety by incorporating different textures and fabrics such as this dress with a pleated style bottom and tie up bow, topped with this lovely trim detail wool Ted Baker coat, and matching Aldo handbag.

But there's a twist, as you can see.
There is a fashion rule that I like to live by, which is that yellow always pairs brilliantly with green. Always.
So what better excuse to bring out my new yellow Manolos!
